What is the Excellence Label Range?
The Excellence Label Range is a range of cues created to meet every playing standard and budget. Starting with Blue Label recommended for novice players through to Black Label recommended for pros.
How long will it take to make my custom cue?
It all depends on what level of customisation you have ordered. More complex orders can take a little longer. However we usually aim to complete your cue within 3-6 weeks.
Can i return my cue if not happy?
Yes of course. You can return any cues you are not satisfied with within our Excellence Range. However this does not apply to our custom cues. We provide a voucher to the value of the cue you purchased so you can select another from us. Please read our full returns policy in the about section for more.
Is my cue safe being shipped from China?
Most certainly. We make every effort to ensure your cue reaches you in perfect condition from our factory. However on the occasion that it may get damaged in transit you can return it to us providing damage can clearly be proved to have caused during transit.
What is the difference between a blue label and black label cues?
Whilst the cues may look the same The key difference is in quality of woods used. The finer grades are selected for Black and Green labels and lower grades for Blue and Red Label respectively. All cues are handmade, however the quality grade is vastly different. Please see Cue Range landing page for guide.
